Located less than 100 yards from the clubhouse and just 10 miles from the Chewelah Casino, our park offers 27 full hook-up spaces which includes electricity, water and sewer. There is a laundry facility and shower house on site as well. Please join us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at our Restaurant. Or take walk to our snack bar. Enjoy!

Above rates include electrical but do not include sales tax.

Annual rate allows for up to 7 months occupancy (April 1 - October 31) and storage of unit on owners selected site for the rest of the year without utilities.

Storage also requires owner to sign a waiver releasing CGCC from any damage liability during storage.

In the event power is desired during storage, rate for power will be charged at cost, based on the meter reading at the site.

There will be no in and out privileges from November 1–April 1 since the Pro Shop will be closed and the RV Park is not snow plowed. Contact, if necessary can be made through the CGCC business office.

Winter storage of units not participating in the annual rate will not be considered

Since this policy is effective for 2011 and being implemented in September of 2010 and since rates were changed during the 2010 season, sites that had a minimum of 5 months of continuous occupancy during the 2010 season and are paid up to October 15, at their now current rate, will be considered as meeting the annual requirements for 2010.
The annual rate is to be paid in full by April 15.
Reservations are taken year round but the park is only open April - October.
